• As of October 9th, 2023, Anne-Hélène Andersen joins Renault Group as CFO of Renault Brand. • She becomes a member of the Renault brand management committee. • Anne-Hélène Andersen reports hierarchically to Fabrice Cambolive, CEO of Renault Brand, and functionally to Thierry Piéton, Chief Financial Officer, Renault Group.

Anne-Hélène Andersen, 44, graduated from ESSECBusiness School (Paris, France) in 2002.

She startedher carrier as a financial auditor at Arthur Andersen in 2000. She joined the DanoneGroup in 2003, where she held various positions in the finance department for 5years.

In 2008, Anne-HélèneAndersen joined the real estate company Unibail-Rodamcoas financial controller. In 2010, she entered EssilorLuxottica, world leaderfor the design and distribution of optical products. She stayed in the companyfor 13 years working her way up from financial controller to Mergers&Acquisitionsdirector.

In 2022,Anne-Hélène was appointed CFO and Executive officer ofNikon-Essilor, a joint-venturebetween EssilorLuxottica and Nikon Corporation in Japan.
